WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
We collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address, when a client purchases a product from the online store or submits an online request for a quotation.
If you agree to email marketing (via subscribing to the newsletter, e.g. MailChimp) we may send you emails about services, products or periodic updates.
When a potential client browses the website, we receive details such as your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, browser, operating system, etc. via our statistics software that we use to improve our website.
PRIVACY
The Client’s privacy is of the utmost importance and by using this website, you consent to the data practices described below:
Greg Stock can only access and collect information that the Client willingly shares. Greg Stock will not share, sell, or lease any personal information, including financial data from customers with any third parties. All information collected on this website or via email will remain the sole property of Greg Stock Fine Artist. Photos uploaded to obtain a quote are stored with your inquiry and can be deleted upon request if you do not accept the quote and proceed with the artwork. These photos will NOT be shared and are purely for quoting purposes.
Security
All payments are processed off-site and Greg Stock does not have access to your payment information, e.g. bank details or card details. Greg Stock takes every reasonable precaution possible to protect a client’s details during the payment process. When a client submits information, e.g. credit card data, through this website, all personal information is encrypted and transmitted through a secure payment gateway, PayFast and Yoko.
